Global
warming is having a profound impact on the molecular make-up of grapes
and therefore what we put in our wine glasses. According to one US
study, the amount of land favourable to vineyards in Europe could be
reduced by 68% in 2050. French vineyards now have no choice but to adapt
or disappear, as this report explains.
