Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjorn Jagland, has said

challenges Turkey is facing, after a failed military coup last month.

after the attempted coup. He urged Europe to help Turkey through
"challenges" faced by its democratic institutions. CCTV’s correspondent
Natalie Carney has more.
