As
Europe's leaders prepare for an EU summit to keep the union together
after Brexit, Eurosceptics are hoping the Czech Republic will be the
next to hold a referendum.
Vaclav Klaus, one of the architects of
Czech independence and former president, says he regards the Brexit
vote as a democratic victory against an unelected European elite.
