It's
the biggest road safety concern for motorists today - according to the
RAC - the sight of other drivers 'brazenly' using their hand-held mobile
phones. It's illegal but almost a third of those the organisation spoke
to, admitted doing it - with some even saying they'd texted, or taken
pictures while at the wheel.
