Libya - Government forces block ISIL at Sirte coastline: Al Jazeera English

Pro-government forces in Libya are securing the coastline around Sirte in order to stop ISIL fighters from escaping.

The Libyan forces say they're pushing into the parts of the city held by the armed group since last year.
