Ukrainian
government has approved a concept of restoration and development of
peace in areas, that were freed from Russian-backed separatist forces.
The project is currently being elaborated, numerous issues are to be
added in the near future.
In particular, Ukraine is planning to
restore the most important infrastructure objects, destroyed by
separatists' shellings. Renewing the social payments and economic
restoration is also on agenda.
International donors are expected partially cover the costs, the rest is to be financed from the state budget.
