Three days after the fire, Inter TV Channel published a video from its CCTV cameras.
The
7-minute video shows the building from inside and outside. The channel
says unidentified people, who could be the arsonists, could be seen in
thick smoke.
The first protest which ended with a fire on the Inter premises, was on Sunday, September 4
On
Monday, September 5, activists staged a new protest - near the main
building of the company. They blocked the entrance and demanded changes
on the pro-Russian position of the management.
On September 6,
protesters said they had reached an agreement with TV Channel. Later
Inter denied it had agreed to any peace deals.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko instructed Prosecutor General to personally oversee the investigation into the arson.
