Afghanistan - Taliban launches attack on Kunduz: Al Jazeera English

In Afghanistan, Taliban fighters have launched coordinated attacks on the city of Kunduz.
They surrounded it from four directions and made it to the city centre.

The assault comes a day before President Ashraf Ghani is due to meet world powers at a major donors conference in Brussels on Tuesday.

Al Jazeera's Jennifer Glasse reports from Kabul.
