Haiti - Hurricane Matthew: frustration grows amid slow UN aid delivery: Al Jazeera English

UN peacekeepers had to use tear gas on Haitians looting trucks carrying food and aid to victims of Hurricane Matthew. 

It happened shortly before a visit by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
