new row has erupted in the UK over the manner in which the country will
quit the European Union following Britain’s Brexit referendum. Prime
Minister Theresa May is reported to have said she may start the process
without first consulting the UK Parliament and holding a vote in the
House of Commons, triggering an angry reaction from politicians. CCTV’s
Richard Bestic reports from London.
