A new row has erupted in the UK over the manner in which the country will quit the European Union following Britain’s Brexit referendum. Prime Minister Theresa May is reported to have said she may start the process without first consulting the UK Parliament and holding a vote in the House of Commons, triggering an angry reaction from politicians.
