Samantha
Power, the outgoing US ambassador to the United Nations, looks back at
her time in office, marked by the international community's failure to
end the conflict in Syria. Power says that Russia, which is providing
military support to the Syrian regime, "has walked away from diplomacy".
She also gives some advice to her successor, South Carolina Governor
Nikki Haley.
