Central Europe is being hit by freezing weather which has killed more than 30 people since the weekend.
Those without permanent shelter - such as refugees and migrants - are suffering badly.
In
the Serbian capital, Belgrade, hundreds of people, including
unaccompanied children, have been sleeping rough in an abandoned
warehouse.
As Lisa Holland reports, even inside, temperatures are below zero.
