Residents in a suburb in Damascus haven’t had access to clean water for three weeks as a result of a damaged spring. The Syrian government initially accused rebels in Wadi Barada of contaminating the water, while opposition forces said the regime had damaged the water system with its bombs. Image: AFP/Getty
