Putin has enacted a controversial new law to decriminalise domestic
violence. It means beatings - which don't result in broken bones - could
result in a fine - rather than a prison sentence. Victims in the city
of Ufa have spoken to Sky's John Sparks about the violence they've
suffered and explain why they are getting tattoos to hide their scars.
