It’s
the last hurdle to overcome before entering Europe but entering the
Spanish enclave of Cueta from Morocco is not easy for refugees abd
migrants, whether they try by sea or land.
The border fence with its razor wire is a formidable barrier and security is tight for fear of ISIL infiltration.
