March 2017: Tim Martin, the chairman of JD Wetherspoon, says there is
no need to rush into a trade deal. According to him, if the EU wants to a
deal – great, if not – the UK negotiators should walk away. Meanwhile,
the pub industry in the UK is doing ‘pretty well.’
