Turkey's Erdogan hails referendum victory
Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has claimed victory in a referendum to amend Turkey's constitution and grant the country's presidential office sweeping new powers.
The main opposition party is demanding a partial vote recount, citing "irregularities".
Under the new executive presidency, the leader will be able to dissolve parliament, appoint cabinet ministers, issue decrees and choose senior judges.
