White House spokesman apologises for Hitler gaffe
Sean Spicer, White House press secretary, has apologised for an "insensitive" reference to the Holocaust.
He earlier sparked outrage after claiming "not even Hitler used chemical weapons". Spicer was comparing the actions of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to the Nazi leader.
