Portland white supremacist appears in court over alleged hate crimes
The man accused of hate crimes for killing two men - who were trying to protect women from his racial abuse - on a commuter train in the US city of Portland has appeared in court.
Jeremy Christian, a white supremacist, is charged with stabbing the victims while they were trying to stop him from shouting slurs at a pair of teenage girls.
