According to data from the Korea Center for International Finance,... only India's stock market grew faster at 16-point-seven percent.
Other indexes with over 16 percent growth were the PSE in the Philippines and Hong Kong's Hang Seng.
The Korean won has also been strengthened by more than six percent against the greenback over the same period.
