In April of this year, authorities busted an organ trafficking ring in the first case of its kind. But the country faces many challenges if it's to solve the problem. Pakistan has long been a global hub for the illegal organ trade, with clients from all over the world driving demand.
Also, Thailand's Koh Phangan is a popular holiday destination but decades of mass tourism means the island is suffocating under mountains of rubbish.
And increasing numbers of Chinese drinkers are cracking open a bottle of wine. Experts say the country will soon be guzzling more white and red than any other country in the world.
