Heavy rainfall has led to severe flooding in much of southern China. The Yangtze river and many of its tributaries have overflowed, damaging crops, destroying houses and forcing people to evacuate.

(China), 4 jul (EFE).- Las lluvias torrenciales han causado al menos 56
muertos y 22 desaparecidos en los últimos días en once provincias del
centro y sur de China, donde cientos de miles de personas han tenido que
abandonar sus hogares, informaron hoy las autoridades de varias
provincias.
