The Hill's Jordan Fabian talks to CNN's Michael Smerconish about the moment when White House press secretary Sarah Sanders declined to answer NBC's Hallie Jackson's follow-up question and called on him. Instead, Fabian deferred back to Jackson, allowing her the opportunity to ask Sanders her question.
