Svetlana Alexievich, a Belarusian cultural icon and member of the coordination council, has been summoned by authorities for questioning. FRANCE 24 correspondent Evan Gershkovich says President Alexander Lukashenko’s government has opened two criminal cases into the council, which they see as a bid to seize power.
