Russia has rejected German accusations the opposition leader Alexei Navalny was poisoned, saying they do not know what caused his illness. FRANCE 24 chief foreign editor Robert Parsons, says while the possibility of doubt exists, Russia has a long track record of killing or harming Kremlin rivals.
