A #carbomb was detonated in Cucuta, #Colombia, close to the border with #Venezuela on June 16, injuring at least 36 people and leaving three in critical condition. The #Colombian government has pointed the finger at the National Liberation Army (#ELN). FRANCE 24's correspondent Simone Bruno comments on the bombing, saying "it is really unclear how it was possible" in an area with such strong security measures.
