Armed Forces Minister James Heappey says he believes Russia's military hasn't made the progress it had hoped, and will now meet new challenges.   

 

He told Sky's Mark Austin that Ukrainian forces in Kyiv are 'thwarting' Russian troops 'thus far' and 'that will be a great cause for concern for Putin'.
