Parents
have had to be told NOT to bring children to a casualty unit in
Staffordshire because it's been ruled clinically unsafe. Bosses at
County Hospital in Stafford say a lack of professional staff forced them
to take the drastic measure - it is the latest hospital to restrict
A&E services in recent weeks. Leyla Hayes reports.
