There
will be no second referendum on the EU - and no attempt to stay in it
by the back door. That's what Prime Minister Theresa May has told
cabinet colleagues, as she gathered them for their most significant
meeting since the vote. Again she insisted that Brexit means just that,
and she asked every department to spell out the opportunities it would
bring.
