The controversial question of whether Scotland should leave the UK is up for debate once again.
The government publishes a parliamentary bill on Thursday which reopens the debate.
Scots
voted ‘no’ to separation in 2014, but the decision to leave the EU this
summer has many in Scotland worried since its economy relies on
European trade.
Al Jazeera’s Jonah Hull reports from Edinburgh.
