THE FRENCH PAPERS - Thursday, December 22: The French press is posing
questions regarding German security and intelligence as it’s been
revealed that the No. 1 suspect in the Berlin market attack was known to
authorities already before he struck. Papers are also talking about how
the US wants to investigate Marine le Pen over allegations that a
Putin-friendly Russian bank is bankrolling her presidential campaign.
