"北 ICBM 성공 비결은 러시아 기술 덕분" There's growing evidence Russia may have
provided technical assistance to North Korea for its missile program.
Citing several U.S. weapons experts, The Washington Post reports that
multiple design features in a missile engine tested by North Korea back
in March... closely resembled that of an RD-250, a Soviet-era Russian
missile.
Although there's no record of North Korea ever obtaining
blueprints for Russian missiles... experts are speculating, Russia
*COULD have secretly provided the regime with the designs and technical
know-how.
However, other experts say North Korea's latest ICBM test
was all its own work, through the regime's determination and lessons
learned from previous failures.
