Railway arches are everywhere in London, and in recent years they’ve become home to hundreds of small independent businesses, ranging from auto repair shops to craft bakeries. But the capital’s arches have just been snapped up by new landlords in a huge property deal, leaving tenants facing a precarious and uncertain future. We sent Gareth Furby to find out what the big sell-off means for the Londoners who work under the arches.
