A second British woman has died from "Brazilian butt lift" surgery, this programme has learned, as fresh warnings come over the risks. The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (Baaps) said it was the most dangerous cosmetic procedure to undergo.  

Many women decide to have the procedure abroad where it is cheaper, as Chi Chi Izundu reports.

The US Senate has voted to advance President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's nomination to a final vote. The vote - called "cloture" - was a test of support for the embattled nominee who has faced sexual assault allegations from several women. All eyes were on four swing senators for Saturday's final vote. Cloture passed with 51 in favour. Republicans have a 51-49 majority.

A 24-year-old British man has been killed fighting against so-called Islamic State in Syria, Kurdish fighters have said.

Luke Rutter, from Birkenhead, was "martyred on July 6 2017, in a neighbourhood south of Raqqa", a statement from the fighters said.
