Since
the beginning of the summer, the number of migrants in the Calais
"Jungle" camp has risen, and locals are reaching saturation point. On
Monday, truckers and farmers blockaded the main A16 motorway to demand
the dismantling of France’s largest migrant camp. Our colleagues from
France 2 went to meet exasperated residents but also migrants who dream
of a better life and who try to reach the UK on a daily basis.

Yesterday we had 11 clicks from Niger which we suspect were potential migrants looking at the post about the proposal to close the "Jungle"
