Stadium Group PLC (LON:SDM) enjoyed a solid first half of 2016 as it continued
to make the transition from an electronics manufacturing services group
to a design-led technology company.
Chief executive officer Charlie Peppiatt explains to Proactive that the transition has been aided by some astute acquisitions, such as Stontronics, which is performing very well. “As an organisation, we remain acquisitive by nature,” Peppiatt said, and any acquisitions it makes would be required to accelerate the current strategy. In the meantime, the company is well-placed to deliver organic growth on the back of previous investments made.
