Portugal - Antonio Guterres set to take helm at UN: Al Jazeera English

The former UN refugee chief Antonio Guterres is set to become the new secretary-general of the United Nations.
He was declared the Security Council's clear favourite after a secret ballot.
A formal election will take place on Thursday.
