The
German Chancellor is hosting French, Russian and Ukrainian leaders to
discuss the war in Syria and tension in Ukraine. The so-called Normandy
format brings together the four countries who signed the Minsk agreement
which was meant to bring peace and stability to Ukraine.
Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports from Berlin.
