Theresa May's government is appealing a high court ruling in favor of
giving final say on leaving the EU to parliament. Do referendums matter,
or does Westminster have the final say to carry out the will of the
people?
In the case of last June's vote in Britain, the Leave campaign argued it was about regaining sovereignty. But who then holds power and who ultimately makes the decisions?
