PAPERS - Thurs. 26.01.17: US President Donald Trump has signed an
executive order to start building a wall along the border with Mexico.
The Washington Post warns it will be costly and "invite lawsuits".
Meanwhile, Mexican papers see Trump's announcement as a provocation and
insist that Mexico will not pay for the wall. We end in China, where a
man cycled 500km in the wrong direction to join his family for Chinese
New Year. The police paid for a train ticket to get him home.
