After
the Paris terror attacks last November, the French government declared a
state of emergency that's still in place today. Under that measure,
police and state officials were given special powers to take action
against those deemed to be a threat to national security. Among those
powers is the right to hold people under house arrest without the
approval of a judge. But it's a move that's proved controversial, with
many suspects claiming their innocence. Our team went to meet them.
A programme prepared by Patrick Lovett and Elom Marcel Toble.
