Whether or not Facebook FB is actually turning itself around and focusing on the safety and security of users--as Mark Zuckerberg himself claimed last night on the earnings call--doesn't seem to matter to investors. Share of the social media company were soaring during the earnings call late Wednesday night.

And yet...it's someone that investors of the company are already familiar with. Robert Swan, interim CEO, announced that he had officially taken the position of permanent CEO. However, as Cramer mentioned in his live show with the TheStreet, Swan had previously told the media that he was not interested in the position.
