Oil surged to around $130 a barrel on Monday after the U.S. said it was considering a formal ban on imports of Russian crude following Moscow's invasion of Ukraine. Pressure, meanwhile, is building on the OPEC cartel to raise production. Bloomberg's Paul Wallace reports on "Bloomberg Daybreak: Middle East."
