​​It definitely makes me feel better knowing that despite all this market turbulence going on this year, that I’ll still be able to count on and collect my dividends. The markets can shake as violently as they want, but I feel better knowing I can count on my dividends to arrive and that I’m not interested in being a growth investor, where the only thing that matters is the stocks share price. Recently I decided to go on a hunt for high yielding dividend stocks that have a really good reputation for never cutting their dividends. So today what I wanted to do was present some of these companies that currently offer yields of over 7% and have never cut their dividends before.

It’s important to keep in mind that just because these companies haven’t cut their dividends doesn’t mean that they won’t ever cut them. Dividends are never a guarantee to shareholders. If a company goes through a particularly bad situation that results in a sizable loss of income, the dividend is usually one of the first things to go. So don’t blindly invest in any of these companies, be sure to perform your own research and come to your own conclusion before investing. Some of these stocks I’m more confident in than others, and I think that the outlook for some looks better than others on this list.
