Promoting rice consumption
An increasing number of Koreans are consuming less rice with per capita rice consumption falling to about 63 kilograms in 2015 from what was about double the amount 30 years ago. In order to solve the country's excessive leftover rice problem, companies are thinking out of the box and producing various rice-based products.
